For standard catalog instruments, minimum quantities vary by instrument pattern and are confirmed with your quote. For custom branding or private label orders, the minimum is 25 pieces per pattern. Evaluation samples of 1-3 pieces per pattern are welcome so you can check quality before a larger order.

Production time is additional, and carrier availability, freight, documents, and timing are confirmed for the exact destination on your quote. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying US orders above $300.

All instruments carry a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects such as material faults, joint failures, and premature corrosion under normal clinical use. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused standard items in original packaging.

Because we sell direct from our workshop, prices are typically lower than distributor catalog pricing. Final pricing depends on quantity, product pattern, finish, branding, and shipping destination.
