What Is OEM / Private Label Manufacturing?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) private labeling allows dental distributors, supply companies, and group practices to sell dental instruments under their own brand name. We manufacture the instruments to our established quality standards while applying your brand identity — logo, packaging, labeling, and documentation. Private labelling is long-established practice in this trade: many instruments sold under familiar brand names are made by specialist workshops and finished to the brand owner’s specification. This covers branding on our existing catalog patterns; a modified working-end geometry or a pattern outside the current range is custom manufacturing instead, which can be combined with OEM branding on the same order. We produce OEM instruments for distributors and group practices internationally — tell us your target market and we will confirm what we can supply.
OEM Services We Provide
Our OEM program includes 6 customization options: laser logo engraving (on handles, blades, or both), custom packaging (individual pouches, cassette sets, or bulk packaging), branded instrument labels with your company information, custom color coding (silicone rings, anodized handles), modified instrument specifications (handle diameter, working length, blade angle), and branded quality certificates with your company name. Laser marking alters the steel surface itself rather than sitting on top of it, and is designed to stay legible through repeated reprocessing. Request a marked sample to check the finish and placement against your own branding standards.
Minimum Order Requirements
OEM private label orders require minimum 25 units per instrument pattern. Initial orders include a one-time tooling/setup fee for logo engraving dies, quoted from your artwork; reorders have no setup fee. Lead time is typically 4–6 weeks from artwork approval to shipment, and sample instruments carrying your logo can usually be produced within about two weeks for approval before bulk production. Volume discounts increase with the quantity per pattern and are confirmed on your quote. To start, send your logo artwork (vector file preferred), the instrument patterns and quantities per pattern, and your target packaging format through the quote form; manufacturing runs under the same ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification as our standard catalog.
