We support tracked, quote-based export orders to 41 named markets.
Shipping Information
Orders ship from our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan by the courier, air-freight, or bulk sea-freight route confirmed in the quotation. Each shipment includes the tracking or freight documentation applicable to that route and protective export packaging.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Most in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within a few business days; made-to-order, custom, or OEM instruments take longer to produce before they ship. Your quote or order confirmation gives the processing time for your specific instruments. The transit times below begin once your order leaves our workshop.

Standard shipping to the USA is free on retail orders above $300. Qualifying wholesale orders ship free above $2,000 by DHL Express. International and bulk shipping is quoted per order based on destination and weight.
Duties, import taxes & customs: Prices and shipping costs do not include any import duties, VAT/GST, or customs charges levied by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority. We include the commercial invoice and any required export documentation with every shipment.

Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused instruments in original packaging.
- Contact us at info@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com to initiate a return.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after receiving returned items.
- Custom-branded instruments are non-returnable unless defective.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Warranty
All instruments carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including material defects, joint failures, and premature corrosion under normal clinical use. Defective instruments are replaced at no charge.
To make a warranty claim, email info@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We'll confirm the next steps and arrange a replacement for instruments that fail under normal clinical use.
