Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Custom and OEM orders require written confirmation before production begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before shipment for new customers. Established accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

Warranty

All instruments carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper sterilization, or normal wear. Defective instruments are replaced at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

Dental Instruments Supplier's liability is limited to the purchase price of the instrument. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law
