About Stainless Steel Dental Hollowware
Dental hollowware covers several physically different reusable products, including bowls, kidney dishes, gallipots, cups and trays. These forms should be compared by product type, dimensions, capacity and construction—not by one broad hollowware label. Our current range includes numerous pattern references, and each selected reference is matched to its verified item description before manufacture.
Start With the Hollowware Type
Tell us whether you require a bowl, kidney dish, gallipot, cup, instrument tray or another vessel. A pattern number is useful for a repeat order, but it does not tell a new buyer the form or capacity. Where a reference has not yet been matched to a controlled description and dimensions, we confirm it from an approved drawing, sample or buyer requirement before quoting it as a specific item.
This prevents an internal pattern number from appearing as if it were a buyer-facing product specification.
Dimensions and Capacity by Form
For a round bowl or gallipot, provide the top diameter, base diameter, overall height and required capacity. For a kidney dish, state the overall length, width, depth and capacity. For a tray, include the internal and external dimensions, depth, corner form and whether a lid is required. Capacity should only be published when it is documented for that exact SKU.
Also identify the rim profile, base construction, handles or pouring lip where applicable. Photographs should show the top, side and base with a scale reference.
Lid, Nesting and Stackability
Confirm whether a lid is included or optional and whether the item is designed to nest with the same size or a defined set. We do not claim stacking or nesting compatibility across different patterns without a verified dimension schedule. If space-saving storage is important, include the required nested height and pack arrangement in the enquiry.
Material, Finish and Inspection
Material grade and wall construction are confirmed by SKU. Satin and mirror-polished finishes can be specified where supported. Inspection can cover dimensions, capacity, rim continuity, base stability, surface condition, lid fit and the absence of sharp or unfinished edges. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.
Packs, OEM Supply and Reordering
Hollowware can be quoted by individual SKU or as a documented mixed order. Pack quantity, protective separation, labels, private-label marking and export carton requirements are agreed before manufacture. A repeat order should cite the approved SKU, dimensions and finish rather than rely on the general item name.
