About Reusable Dental Syringes
Reusable dental syringes should be ordered by their complete cartridge, hub and handle specification. Our range includes aspirating and self-aspirating patterns, including documented 1.8 ml references. Similar-looking syringes may use different loading arrangements, harpoon or plunger components and needle-hub threads, so a capacity label alone does not establish compatibility.
Select the Aspiration Mechanism First
An aspirating pattern and a self-aspirating pattern use different mechanical arrangements. The selected mechanism must be identified on the quotation together with the corresponding plunger or cartridge-engagement component. We describe the construction for procurement purposes and do not provide injection technique or clinical-use instructions on the product page.
Where the range shows Aspira-Plus or another named pattern, quote its exact SKU. Repeated visible dimensions or capacities may represent different handles, loading styles or interfaces and should not be merged without a controlled product reference.
Cartridge Chamber and Loading Details
Confirm the cartridge capacity, cartridge dimensions, breech- or side-loading arrangement where applicable, chamber construction and the components supplied with the syringe. A 1.8 ml reference is available on documented variants, but it should not be assumed for every SKU.
Needles and cartridges are not included unless they are explicitly listed in the approved order. Their interface must be confirmed separately.
Needle Hub, Handle and Plunger
State the required needle-hub thread or connection standard, including metric or imperial interface when relevant. Also identify the thumb-ring or T-handle style, finger-wing form, plunger or harpoon arrangement, overall length and any replacement components required. We do not claim universal needle or cartridge compatibility.
Material, Inspection and Processing Information
Material grade and finish are confirmed against the selected reusable syringe SKU. Inspection can cover chamber dimensions, loading action, plunger alignment, handle movement, hub thread and component count. Processing instructions must follow the approved product documentation and the receiving facility’s validated procedure; “reusable” does not replace an IFU or compatibility check.
We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material and order evidence aligned to the approved specification.
Packaging and Quote Requirements
Send the aspiration mechanism, cartridge capacity and dimensions, loading style, needle-hub thread, handle and plunger arrangement, quantity, branding, packaging and destination country. If matching an existing syringe, add its SKU, markings and clear photographs of the open chamber and hub. We will confirm the exact configuration, MOQ and supplied components before manufacture.
