About FESS Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Instrument Set (27 Pcs)
This 27-piece FESS instrument set is a specialty ENT configuration and is intentionally separated from dental product families. The set total identifies the requested configuration, but it does not establish which forceps, punches, elevators, curettes, probes or suction instruments are included. A line-by-line bill of materials is therefore the controlling document for every quotation and repeat order.
Approve the Numbered Bill of Materials
The order schedule should list all 27 positions with the instrument name, recognized pattern or reference, quantity and tray location. Where an instrument has a left, right, up-biting, down-biting, straight or angled form, that orientation must be stated explicitly. We do not copy a competitor’s set contents or infer a composition from the words “FESS set.”
Two sets with the same piece count can contain materially different selections. Buyers should compare the actual line items and specifications before comparing price.
Working Ends, Shafts and Connections
For forceps and punches, confirm jaw form, cup or bite dimensions, opening direction, working angle, shaft length and handle mechanism. For curettes, elevators, probes or dissectors, specify the working-end form, size, curvature, angulation and overall length. For suction instruments, include the tube diameter, working length, distal-tip form, vent or control feature and connection.
These physical details are used for procurement and inspection. The page does not claim that the configuration is complete for every FESS procedure or provide procedural guidance.
Replacements and Permitted Substitutions
Individual components can be assessed for replacement by matching the parent set SKU, BOM version, line number and full specification. A substitution is only proposed when its differences are documented and the buyer approves it. An instrument is not replaced by a visually similar pattern without that approval.
Tray, Marking and Inspection
The tray or cassette can be mapped to the numbered schedule. Product and OEM markings, label wording and position identification are agreed before manufacture. Inspection can cover jaw alignment and action, cutting edges where applicable, suction patency, working-end dimensions, shaft geometry, surface condition and pack composition.
