About Microvascular Hand Surgery Instrument Kit
This microvascular hand surgery instrument kit is a specialty fine-instrument configuration for hand, reconstructive and microvascular procurement. It is kept separate from dental microsurgery products because its clamp characteristics, jaw geometry, instrument scale and purchasing evidence require a different specification. There is no single universal component list; the approved bill of materials defines the supplied kit.
Build the Kit From an Exact BOM
List every microvascular clamp, forceps, scissors, needle holder, dilator, probe, retractor or supporting instrument required. Each line should include the recognized pattern or drawing reference, quantity, critical dimensions and cassette position. We only name a vessel dilator or other specialist component when it is present on that approved schedule.
The configuration is not described as complete for every hand or microvascular procedure. It is supplied to the buyer’s controlled list.
Microvascular Clamp Details
For each clamp, confirm single or approximating form, straight or curved jaw, jaw length and width, serration or insert, frame size, spring or lock action and overall dimensions. If a closing-force range or vessel-size suitability is required, it must come from the buyer’s technical specification and be supported by the agreed evidence; neither is inferred from the pattern name.
Forceps, Scissors and Needle Holders
Fine forceps should be identified by tip width, platform or teeth, jaw length, straight or angled form, spring action and overall length. Scissors require their blade form, blade length, point type, edge or insert and handle mechanism. Needle holders require the jaw profile and dimensions, insert, lock or spring style and overall length.
Small geometric differences can materially change a component match. Drawings, macro photographs or approved samples are preferable when replacing an existing instrument.
Replacement and Substitution Policy
An individual replacement is matched to the parent kit SKU, BOM version, line number and complete working-end specification. Any proposed substitution is documented and requires buyer approval. We do not replace a fine instrument on appearance or general family name alone.
Cassette, Inspection and Order Evidence
The cassette map identifies every position and can support receiving and replenishment. Inspection under magnification can cover tip and jaw alignment, closure, spring return, lock action, scissor movement, insert seating, dimensions, markings and surface condition. Material and finish are confirmed by component.
We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. OEM identification, protective cassette presentation, export packaging and order documents can be agreed against the final BOM.
