About Vascular Surgery Instrument Set (52 Pieces)

This 52-piece vascular surgery instrument set is a specialty surgical product and is kept outside the dental instrument architecture. The configuration may include vascular clamps, forceps, needle holders, scissors, probes, suction tubes and supporting instruments, but the page does not treat those family names as a complete set list. The approved 52-line bill of materials defines what is supplied.

The BOM Version Controls the Set

Every position should state the instrument name, pattern, quantity, length and case location. A BOM version or revision date gives procurement teams a stable reference for first orders, replacements and repeat production. Without that version control, two sets described as “52 pieces” may contain different clamp patterns or quantities.

We do not infer contents from marketplace listings or claim that one assortment covers every vascular procedure. Buyers approve the exact composition required for their facility or distribution program.

Clamp and Forceps Specifications

For vascular and bulldog-style clamps, identify the pattern, straight or curved profile, jaw length, jaw width, serration or insert detail, closing or locking mechanism, overall length and any documented closing-force requirement. For tissue, dressing or dissecting forceps, state the tip width, teeth or serration, jaw profile and length.

Needle holders and scissors require their pattern, jaw or blade form, insert requirement, lock or spring mechanism and overall length. Probes and suction tubes should be listed with their distal form, diameter, working length and connection where applicable.

Replacement and Substitution Rules

An individual replacement is matched to the parent set SKU, BOM revision, line number and full physical specification. A nominal pattern name is not enough when jaw geometry or mechanism differs. Substitutions are documented and require buyer approval before they enter the final set.

Case Mapping, Inspection and Evidence

The case or tray layout can be mapped to all 52 positions. Inspection can cover jaw alignment and closure, ratchet or spring action, tip and edge condition, insert seating, suction patency, dimensions, markings, surface finish and pack composition. Material grade and finish are confirmed by component rather than generalized across unlike instruments.

We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. OEM identification, private-label documentation, protective packaging and export documents can be aligned to the approved order.

Vascular Surgery Instrument Set (52 Pieces) Questions

Does the 52-piece count define the complete vascular set?

No. The approved, version-controlled bill of materials identifies the exact instruments, quantities and case positions supplied.

Which clamp details should be included in the BOM?

List the pattern, jaw profile and dimensions, serration or insert, mechanism, overall length and any documented closing requirement.

Can individual instruments be replaced later?

Yes. Replacements are assessed using the parent set SKU, BOM revision, line number, complete specification and case position.

Can a different pattern be substituted into the set?

Only after the dimensional and functional differences are documented and the buyer approves the substitution.
