About Dental Root Tip Pick Patterns
We build root tip picks as delicate instruments for reaching retained root fragments in restricted areas. Direction matters on this range: a straight pick, a left pick, and a right pick are separate working configurations, so we carry them as separate patterns and SKUs rather than one generic listing.
The Pattern Range
Our grouped range covers straight, left/right paired, West-style, Howard-style, and apical patterns. Tell us the working-end dimensions, shaft angle, and handle alongside the pattern name, since a family name alone does not fix these fine measurements.
Why We Recommend Sample Review
Because the tips are fine and easily damaged, we recommend a sample review to confirm tip consistency under magnification, surface finish, shank straightness, and handle security before a bulk order. Specify tip direction, dimensions, pattern, handle, and set format on your order.
Material and Care
We manufacture in AISI 420 stainless steel with a fine hardened tip; finish is confirmed against the approved quotation. Inspect the tip for bending before each use, since a bent tip on an instrument this fine can be difficult to spot without close inspection. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the tip direction, pattern, dimensions, handle, quantity, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
