About Orthodontic Plier Set
This orthodontic plier set brings together 11 instruments for fixed-appliance work, with a large stainless-steel sterilizing cassette supplied separately from the instrument count. Cutting and wire handling
The Cut & Hold distal cutter has tungsten carbide blades for trimming the distal end of an archwire. The angled hard-wire cutter provides an angled cutting configuration, while the mini pin and ligature cutter has flush-cut capability for ligature trimming.
For wire manipulation, the small-tip Weingart pliers provide a narrow gripping end. The long bird-beak pliers combine a wire-forming profile with an integrated cutter, and the three-prong pliers have a serrated grip surface. These are three distinct plier patterns, not three versions of the same cutter.
Placement, examination and cleaning
The square-tip bracket placer includes an aligner, and the narrow-tip Mathieu placer handles elastic ligature placement. A dual-ended ligature director/scaler provides a separate ligature-handling tool. The #5 mouth mirror and handle has an anti-fog coating for intraoral viewing, and the H5/33 scaler completes the listed assortment.

Construction, care and your quotation
The stainless-steel construction is specified as AISI 420 German stainless steel with a highly polished finish; the distal cutter's cutting blades are tungsten carbide. The instruments are reusable and autoclavable. Follow the supplied reprocessing instructions and their validated cycle requirements. The stated 134°C maximum is a temperature ceiling, not a complete sterilization cycle.
