Procurement Evidence Center
A single reference for dental instrument buyers, distributors, and procurement teams: what can be confirmed during quotation today, what is confirmed on a per-order basis, what is still pending owner supply, and what is deliberately not claimed without documented evidence. This page is a procurement transparency reference — it does not host or generate certificates, test reports, or clinical documentation.
Verified business capabilities matched to the specific quoted order — not published as certificates or blanket claims.
- Manufacturing capability — Sialkot-based production covering material selection, forming, heat treatment where required, grinding, finishing, inspection, marking, and export packing. Confirmed as available for every quoted range. See the manufacturing workflow.
- ISO 9001:2015 certification — Dental Instruments Supplier holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. The certificate file will be published here once the owner uploads it — request a copy in your quotation enquiry in the meantime. See the certification matrix.
- Material family and grade evidence — Stainless-steel family available across the reusable hand-instrument catalog. The exact grade is confirmed against the quoted SKU rather than applied as a blanket claim, so the material statement reflects the pattern you ordered — not a generic catalog line. Read the materials guide.
- MOQ handling by order type — Order types: samples (1-3 pieces per pattern), standard catalog (confirmed with your quote), mixed wholesale (25 instruments (mixed patterns)), OEM/private label (25 pieces per pattern), and custom manufacturing (50 pieces per pattern). Each route is a genuine commercial commitment for the applicable order type. See wholesale and MOQ detail.
- Packaging options — Individual pouches, procedure sets, sterilization cassettes, protective bulk cartons, product labels, and approved private-label packaging — confirmed on quotation. OEM and private-label packaging.
- Export supply and documentation — Commercial invoice, packing list, protective outer packaging, and courier or freight tracking appropriate to the order. Standard USA transit 7-12 business days, express 4-6 business days, international 10-15 business days. Production time 3-5 working days before dispatch. Shipping and returns detail.
Values that depend on the exact pattern, quantity, marking, and destination. They cannot be published as universal numbers because doing so would misrepresent an actual order.
- Exact material grade record — Named steel grade, batch reference, and any supporting material statement — confirmed for the quoted SKU rather than the whole family.
- Working-end and pattern dimensions — Measured against the approved sample or drawing. Send a photograph or reference dimensions when the order must match an existing instrument.
- Packaging configuration — Pieces per pack, pack quantity, protective inner packaging, and outer-carton layout — quoted per line item.
- Labeling and marking artwork — Label content, language, private-label logo, engraving, and destination-market labeling requirements — reviewed against a proof before production.
- Sample approval documentation — Sample quantity, approval criteria, sign-off date, and signed reference retained for future reorders.
- Destination-market documentation — Country-specific documents (commercial invoice, country-of-origin, other trade or customs documents) prepared for the shipment route.
Files and images the owner has committed to supplying. The underlying facts below are confirmed; only the document/photo files themselves are still being uploaded.
- ISO 9001:2015 certificate file — The certification itself is confirmed (see the confirmed-capability section above and the certification matrix). The scanned certificate file will be published in the evidence center once uploaded.
- Original product photography — Currently the site uses neutral placeholder presentation rather than borrowing external product images. Verified owner-supplied photography will replace placeholder cards on category and product pages once available.
- Third-party test reports (if commissioned) — The site does not currently publish hardness, torsion, corrosion, or fatigue test results because no verified test report has been supplied. Any future test data will be published with the test method, laboratory, sample identity, and date.
Statements the site deliberately does not make until specific evidence is on file. This section exists so buyers know what to look elsewhere for during their own due diligence.
- Product-specific regulatory approvals — Beyond the company-level ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification confirmed above, the site does not claim FDA, CE, MDR, or other named regulatory or standard-compliance status for any specific product without the corresponding document in the quotation record.
- Universal steel-grade claims — A catalog-wide "AISI 420 / 440A stainless steel" statement would misrepresent the range because grade varies by instrument family and function. The evidence is provided at SKU level instead.
- Clinical outcome or atraumatic-performance guarantees — Instrument design and finish are procurement fields. Clinical outcomes depend on case selection, technique, patient anatomy, and the practitioner — no clinical outcome or guaranteed atraumatic performance is inferred from a product name or silhouette.
- Third-party brand affiliation or compatibility — A similar silhouette is not a compatibility claim. Products in generic families (for example, beak-and-bumper forceps) are described without asserting compatibility with any named third-party system.
- Fixed universal prices or MOQs — Price and standard-catalog MOQ are quotation-specific because pattern mix, quantity, marking, packaging, and destination all affect the commercial response. Only order-type MOQs (sample, mixed wholesale, OEM, custom) are stated as commitments.

How to Request Product-Specific Evidence
For a specific quote, list the evidence you need in the enquiry alongside the pattern and quantity. The quotation team will confirm which items are available for the quoted SKU and which need lead time or additional review. Typical fields buyers request: material statement for the quoted SKU, sample approval documentation, packaging and label proof, and destination-market documentation.
Transparency Is a Procurement Feature
This page will be updated as the ISO 9001:2015 certificate file and product photography arrive. Beyond that confirmed company-level certification, the site does not claim product-specific regulatory status or clinical outcomes without documented evidence tied to a specific product and quotation.
