About Atraumatic Beak-and-Bumper Extraction Forceps
We build beak-and-bumper extraction forceps by combining a narrow beak with a separate bumper support. Buyers sometimes search for this format using a third-party product name; we want to be direct that this is our own unbranded instrument family, and we do not claim affiliation, authorization, or cross-compatibility with another manufacturer.
Choosing a Configuration
We offer this pattern in upper anterior, upper right, upper left, and lower universal configurations, plus a four-pattern set covering all of them together. Tell us the beak profile, bumper size and material, handle geometry, replacement-bumper schedule, and overall length you need — a similar silhouette to another product is not enough on its own to establish that two instruments are dimensionally or clinically equivalent.
Material and Finish
We manufacture the beak and handle in AISI 420 stainless steel; bumper material and hardness are confirmed against your quoted SKU, since bumper composition affects both feel and replacement-part fit.
Sample Approval Before a Bulk Order
Before committing to volume, we recommend evaluating an approved sample for beak finish, joint stability, bumper seating, handle control, and repeat-unit consistency. The responsible clinician on your side should approve the instrument for its intended use before it goes into service.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the configuration (or the full four-pattern set), bumper specification, quantity, finish, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
