About Conical Implant Drill & Stopper Kits
Our conical implant drill and stopper kits combine a tapered drill schedule with matched mechanical depth-control components. We offer 25-, 35- and 43-piece configurations, but piece count is only the starting point. An order is defined by the drill geometry, diameter sequence, working-depth schedule, stopper interface and complete case contents approved for that SKU.
Compare the Three Set Configurations
- **25-piece set:** a compact conical drill progression with the matching stopper lengths listed in its component schedule.
- **35-piece set:** organizes seven diameter positions across five working-length choices in the referenced configuration.
- **43-piece set:** extends the listed diameter range and adds the supporting hand or driver components identified in its bill of materials.
The larger sets are not simply the 25-piece configuration with extra copies. Diameter ranges, depth positions, tools and interfaces can differ, so we provide a line-by-line bill of materials for review.
Build a Drill and Depth Matrix
For each drill, the purchasing specification should record the nominal diameter, apical and coronal geometry, working length, overall length, shank and irrigation feature where present. For each stopper, it should record the intended depth position, bore or mating geometry, external dimensions and identification mark.
This drill-to-stopper matrix is the clearest way to establish what the set contains. It also prevents a stopper from being reordered by color alone. Color and laser marks are identification aids; the dimensional interface remains the basis for matching the part.
Stopper Fit and Compatibility Limits
A conical stopper should not be assumed to fit every tapered drill with the same nominal diameter. Fit can depend on the drill body's taper, shoulder or seating feature, bore dimensions and the manufacturer's measurement reference. We compare those points with the approved drawing, sample or buyer-supplied schedule.
The resulting offer will state the drill or configuration for which the stopper has been checked. We do not imply a particular drilling-depth outcome or a universal fit across unrelated drill systems.
Included Tools and Case Organization
Supporting hand pieces, driver components or removal tools are included only where they appear in the selected configuration. The case map can identify every drill, stopper and accessory by size or code, with the corresponding packing quantity. This helps receiving teams inspect the set and enables individual replacements to be ordered later.
The set is supplied in a labeled cassette or organizer box matched to the approved layout. Buyers may request component codes, laser size marks, color identification, private-label artwork, barcode labels, language requirements and outer-carton marks.
Replacement Drills and Stoppers
We can quote complete sets or approved replacement components. For a replacement drill, provide the parent kit SKU, case position, diameter, geometry, working and overall length, shank, coating and irrigation details. For a replacement stopper, provide its position, stated depth, bore and external dimensions, mating feature and identification.
Where a component cannot be identified from the existing records, we may request an approved physical sample or dimensioned drawing before confirming it.
Material and Inspection Documentation
Material grade, coating where specified, tolerances and available material evidence are confirmed against the purchase order. Inspection points can cover drill diameters, lengths, runout or interface dimensions where agreed, stopper fit and marking accuracy. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, and certificate or agreed order records can be supplied for procurement review.
Prepare Your Enquiry
Send the required 25-, 35- or 43-piece configuration, implant or drill-family reference, complete diameter progression, working-depth schedule, shank connection, stopper interface, coating and marking requirements, case layout, replacement quantities, packaging, branding, order quantity and destination. We will return a proposed drill-and-stopper matrix and identify any detail that requires approval before manufacture.
