About Implant Drill Guide Positioning Kits
Our implant drill guide positioning kits group pilot-drill, guide-pin and diameter-reference components in a compact, documented set. They are intended for buyers who need a positioning-component schedule rather than a full guided implant surgery drill cassette. Available configurations range from a smaller guide-and-pin arrangement to an expanded 15-piece set with additional punch, stopper and remover components.
Establish the Exact Kit Identity
The product name can refer to several types of implant positioning instruments, including parallel pins, direction indicators, diameter gauges and guide components. For that reason, every quotation starts with a bill of materials that names each part and records its quantity, dimensions and case position. We do not use “positioning kit” as evidence that an unspecified pin or gauge is included.
The approved bill of materials also separates a standard component from an optional item. This gives distributors and procurement teams a clear basis for comparing the quoted set with another configuration or with an existing kit that needs replenishment.
Pilot Drill, Pin and Diameter References
A 2.0 mm pilot-drill configuration is commonly listed in this family. Guide and guide-pin references can be quoted in 6.0, 7.5, 9.0, 10.5 and 12.0 mm diameter options. These values do not by themselves establish compatibility. The quotation must also state the relevant working or overall length, shaft and connection geometry, marking reference, and relationship to the buyer's guide or sleeve.
If the component has two functional ends or stepped diameters, both should be shown on the specification. When matching an existing pin, submit the marked size and a dimensioned reference for the complete part, not only a photograph of the working end.
Expanded 15-Piece Configuration
The expanded set can add centered tissue punches, stopper drills and a remover component to the positioning instruments. The precise number, size and interface of those items are confirmed by the selected SKU. They are not automatically included in the smaller guide-and-pin configuration.
We provide the proposed case map with the component schedule. That map can identify the pilot drill, each pin or guide reference, and every added punch or stopper position, making receipt checks and later replacement orders more reliable.
Interface and Compatibility Boundaries
Compatibility is confirmed from physical measurements supplied or approved by the buyer. Relevant data can include guide or sleeve dimensions, pilot-drill shank, pin diameter and length, stopper fit, tissue-punch interface and any required offset. A system name may be recorded as a reference, but it does not replace the dimensional review.
This page does not provide positioning technique or claim a particular accuracy outcome. Operating and processing information should come from the instructions and validation documents applicable to the final ordered system.
Marking, Replacement and Case Requirements
Size marks, component codes and case positions can follow an approved schedule. Color identification or a coating is recorded only where it forms part of the order specification. Replacement pins, drills, punches or stoppers are matched by parent kit SKU, position and dimensions; visually similar parts are not assumed to be interchangeable.
The kit can be supplied in an organizer or instrument cassette sized for the confirmed contents. Label artwork, private-label marks, barcode, language, packing quantity and outer-carton requirements can be agreed before production.
Evidence and Quotation Checklist
We confirm the material grade and available evidence against the approved specification. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, and the certificate can be supplied for vendor review. Requested inspection points, component lists, drawings, marking approvals and packing documents are tied to the final SKU.
To request an accurate offer, send the required configuration, pilot-drill diameter and interface, guide or sleeve dimensions, pin diameters and lengths, required punches or stoppers, case layout, replacement quantities, branding, packaging, order quantity and destination. We will return the proposed component schedule and clearly identify any dimension still awaiting approval.
