About Oral Surgery Instrument Kits
We build every oral surgery kit as a procedure-specific set built from an approved instrument-by-instrument schedule, not defined by piece count alone — two sets with the same number of instruments can contain different forceps, elevators, retractors, or closure instruments.
Our Four Configuration Groups
Our current configuration groups include core extraction (diagnostic, anesthesia delivery, forceps, elevator module), retained root (fine elevators, picks, root forceps, curette), minor surgery (incision, reflection, retraction, tissue handling, hemostasis, closure), and expanded surgery (bone management, suturing, cassette schedule).
Approving a Kit
We confirm every component against the exact pattern, quantity per set, and cassette position. Because this is a multi-instrument kit, we confirm material and price component by component rather than as one blanket figure — component material and finish vary by instrument within each configuration. Configurations are available for manufacturer-direct and bulk supply; minimum order quantity is confirmed with your quotation.
Care
Reprocess each component according to its own instrument type; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the configuration group, component patterns, quantity, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
