About Orthodontic Instrument Kits
We organize every orthodontic instrument kit around one clinical workflow — bonding, archwire adjustment, debonding/debanding, banding, or clear-aligner adjustment — rather than selling one generic assortment.
Five Workflows, Five Configurations
Each configuration groups the pliers, cutters, directors, and hand instruments a specific workflow needs. A bonding kit differs from a debonding/debanding kit even though both touch brackets, because the instruments perform opposite jobs — placing versus removing. Wire-cutter capacity, plier jaw pattern, and director tip form belong to the exact quoted SKU within a configuration, not to the kit name as a whole. For a dedicated 5-piece clear-aligner plier set, see our separate product page rather than this broader kit family.
Confirming a Configuration
Identify your workflow first — bonding, archwire adjustment, debonding/debanding, banding, or clear-aligner — then we confirm every plier pattern, cutter type and capacity, and hand instrument in that configuration individually, along with quantity per set. Component material and finish vary by instrument within each kit, confirmed per component on your quotation rather than stated as one figure for the whole kit.
Ordering and Care
Configurations are available for manufacturer-direct and bulk supply, with an organizer or cassette layout confirmed per kit; minimum order quantity and private-label options are confirmed with your quotation. Reprocess each component according to its own instrument type — a cutter's rated wire capacity and a plier's jaw alignment should each be checked on their own schedule, not assumed to hold simply because the kit as a whole passed inspection. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
