About Oval Spoon Dental Excavators
We build oval spoon dental excavators to remove soft carious dentine while preserving sound tooth structure, using a double-ended spoon-shaped blade that scoops rather than cuts.
Figure Numbers Repeat in This Range
Several figure numbers appear more than once in our current range: figures 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 each appear at least twice, Fig. 18W and Fig. 6 appear three times, and figures 14, 17, 17W, 18, 18W, 19, and 19W each recur across the set. Higher figures — 38/39, 63/64, 65/66, 31L, and 32L — appear once each and read as more distinct patterns.
19W Is Present; 31W Is Not
We commonly get enquiries for exact patterns such as 19W and 31W. Do not assume 31L and 31W are the same reference without checking against manufacturer documentation or a photograph — tell us which one you actually need.
Ordering
Quote by the exact figure and SKU, particularly for repeat orders against an existing tray. We manufacture in surgical-grade stainless steel with satin or mirror polish available on request; minimum order quantity is confirmed with your quotation.
Care
Inspect both spoon ends for edge dulling or deformation after use — a worn edge tears rather than scoops dentine cleanly. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the figure, quantity, finish, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
