We build the #300 root tip forceps around a single job: retrieving fractured roots and root tips using a beak fine and precise enough to reach fragments a standard extraction forceps cannot engage. It is a situational instrument rather than a routine one — most practices keep it on the tray for the moment a root fractures mid-extraction, not for planned tooth removal.
Reaching Where a Standard Beak Can't
The slender working end enters sites too narrow for a full-size extraction forceps beak. Because the fragment is often small and mobile, control comes from beak precision rather than leverage, which is why we finish this beak geometry more finely than the rest of our extraction forceps range.
Material and Finish
We manufacture the #300 in AISI 420 stainless steel, hardened for repeated precise use, with a satin finish. We supply it individually, as part of a surgical extraction set, or for bulk and private-label orders — tell us which you need and we will confirm minimum order quantity with your quotation.
