About Third Molar Extraction Forceps

Matching Pattern to Case
Each named reference we manufacture targets a specific arch and access angle — our upper patterns differ from our lower patterns in beak angle and approach, and root form (a single fused root versus divergent roots) affects which beak geometry seats correctly. Confirm the reference, arch, and side with us before ordering rather than treating any "third molar forceps" as interchangeable.
Third Molar Forceps and General Molar Forceps
Third molar forceps are built for the access angle and limited visibility around the most posterior tooth in the arch, which differs from the beak geometry on a standard molar pattern. If you are equipping a set for routine extractions as well as third molar cases, order both a general molar pattern and the specific third molar reference you need — one does not substitute for the other.

We forge these in stainless steel and harden them for extraction loads. Tell us the pattern reference, arch, quantity, finish, and packaging together, and we will confirm minimum order quantity with your quotation based on pattern mix.
Care
