About Upper Extraction Forceps Patterns
We build our upper extraction forceps to order by maxillary tooth group, root form, side where applicable, and pattern system. An upper anterior, universal, molar, third-molar, and root forceps use different beak geometry even when their handles look similar, so we manufacture and quote each configuration separately.
The Pattern Range
This variable family separates upper anterior, universal, premolar, right and left molar, third-molar, and root configurations. Tell us a figure such as 1, 150, 18R/18L, 53R/53L, 210S, 65, or your approved regional equivalent, together with a plain-language tooth description, so we quote the exact pattern rather than a generic "upper forceps."
Sample Inspection
Before a bulk order, we recommend inspecting beak symmetry, contact, joint movement, handle control, tip finish, and repeat-unit consistency on an approved sample. Tell us the figure, tooth group, side, serration request, finish, quantity, packaging, and branding rather than ordering "upper forceps" alone.
Material and Finish
We manufacture in AISI 420 stainless steel, hardened for extraction loads. Our #150 upper universal pattern runs approximately 7.25 in (184 mm) overall length; other patterns vary by figure, and we confirm exact length against the approved sample.
Care
Check beak contact and joint movement after each use. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the figure, tooth group, side, quantity, finish, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
