About Williger Periosteal Elevators
We build the Williger periosteal elevator to reflect and retract the mucoperiosteal flap during oral surgery, with a broad, curved working end suited to lifting rather than the sharper edge of a root elevator. Our range spans 13, 16 and 17 cm lengths, with two separate references at 16 cm — pattern 240 and pattern 241 — which we keep distinct because they differ in blade width and curvature rather than being interchangeable options of the same instrument.
Choosing a Length and Pattern
Our 13 cm and 17 cm lengths give a shorter, more maneuverable option and a longer-reach option respectively, alongside the two 16 cm patterns' differing blade geometry. We do not infer anterior or posterior suitability from length alone — it depends on the specific working-end curvature and blade width of the pattern you select, which we confirm for the exact product reference.
Ordering and Care
We manufacture in surgical-grade stainless steel with a satin or mirror polish. Tell us the working-end profile, curvature, blade width, handle, and pattern number together when ordering, and we will confirm minimum order quantity with your quotation.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the length, pattern (240 or 241 if 16 cm), quantity, finish, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
