About Dental Burnisher Patterns
We build dental burnishers with rounded working ends selected by shape, dimensions, shank angle, and handle. Ball, acorn, beavertail, and football names describe different forms — order by end geometry and measurement rather than a broad burnisher label.
Our Current Range
Our current configurations include 18 ball, 26/27S beavertail-style, 27/29 football/acorn-style, No. 2, and 2/29 combination patterns. Confirm the second end on any double-ended instrument.
Sample Approval
We recommend sample approval to confirm a smooth working surface with no flat spots, defined end geometry, shank alignment, and handle balance. Tell us the pattern, working-end form, both end dimensions, and finish on your order.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the pattern, working-end dimensions, quantity, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
