About Dental Implant Osteotome Kits
Our dental implant osteotome kits are available in straight, curved and sinus-pattern configurations with defined diameter progressions and case contents. We prepare each quotation around the actual tip form, shaft geometry, size range, markings and accessories required by the buyer. This avoids a common purchasing problem: two sets may carry the same general name while containing different profiles, lengths or diameter schedules.
Select by Tip Form and Shaft Geometry
The first distinction is between straight and curved patterns. The second is the working-end form, commonly described as convex or concave. These terms should appear on the quotation and component schedule because the kit name alone does not establish the geometry supplied.
If your team is replacing an existing set, provide photographs of the complete instrument and working end together with the marked size and dimensions. We use those references to identify the pattern, but the final match is based on measurable details rather than visual similarity alone.
Available Kit Configurations
- **Straight and curved 10-piece set:** combines the two shaft patterns in one organized set; the exact allocation and size schedule are confirmed by SKU.
- **Five-size set with mallet:** supplies a graduated osteotome sequence together with the mallet listed in that configuration.
- **Curved sinus 15-piece kit:** groups curved instruments and the supporting items shown in its approved bill of materials.
Piece count is useful for identifying a configuration, but it should not be used as the only comparison point. We provide the proposed instrument list before production so your purchasing team can review each pattern, size and quantity.
Diameter Progression and Depth Markings
The reference diameter range for this family is approximately 2.6 to 5.0 mm, depending on the configuration. The exact starting diameter, increments and final diameter are confirmed with the quotation. We also record the relevant working length, overall length and depth-marking pattern where these are part of the selected design.
Depth marks must be described precisely. Their number, spacing, measurement reference and visual treatment should be agreed from the approved sample or drawing. We do not infer one kit's marking schedule from another kit in the same family.
Mallet, Accessories and Replacement Instruments
A mallet is included with the five-size configuration described above. Graft-handling or other supporting instruments are included only where they appear in the selected kit's bill of materials. The quotation separates standard contents from optional additions, which helps prevent a product photograph from being mistaken for a guaranteed packing list.
Individual instruments may be supplied as replacements when we can match them to the parent kit. For an accurate replacement, send the kit SKU, cassette position, shaft pattern, tip form, diameter, length and markings. If the existing item has no readable reference, a dimensioned drawing or approved physical sample may be required.
Cassette, Finish and Identification
Depending on the configuration, the set is supplied in an instrument cassette or mesh tray with positions arranged for the approved contents. Buyers can request etched size identification, a kit reference, private-label marking, label artwork and a defined case map. Finish and color-coding requirements, when requested, are documented with the order rather than assumed from range photography.
Manufacturing and Order Documentation
We confirm the material grade and its available evidence against the purchase specification. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, and the relevant certificate can be provided for procurement review. Dimensional inspection points, marking approval, packing lists and other requested order documents should be agreed before production so they correspond to the exact configuration being supplied.
How We Prepare an Accurate Quotation
Send the required configuration, straight or curved pattern, convex or concave tip form, complete diameter progression, lengths, depth-marking details, accessories, cassette preference, replacement quantities, branding, packaging, order quantity and destination. We will return a configuration-specific offer and identify any measurement or interface that needs approval.
