About Dental Periodontal and Implant Microsurgery Kits
A periodontal microsurgery kit should be evaluated by the instruments and working ends it contains, not by piece count alone. Our configurations range from 8 to 33 pieces and may include tunneling instruments, micro periosteal elevators, fine scissors, needle holders, retractors and examination instruments. A separate 12-piece VISTA configuration has its own tunneling and mushroom-instrument schedule.
Available Configuration Sizes
Current set options include 8, 12, 13, 17, 20, 23, 24, 31 and 33 pieces, plus the separate 12-piece VISTA set. These totals are useful references, but they do not define equivalent kits. Two configurations with a similar count can use different patterns, tip sizes, jaw forms or handle styles.
Before ordering, ask for the exact bill of materials showing each instrument name, figure or pattern and cassette position. This makes it possible to compare two quotations on component identity rather than on an unsupported “complete kit” label.
Working-End Details That Affect Selection
For tunneling knives and elevators, confirm the working-end form, width, curvature, angulation and whether the instrument is single or double ended. For needle holders, specify jaw form, insert material where required, lock or spring mechanism and overall length. For scissors, identify blade form, curvature, edge or insert requirement and handle mechanism. Retractors and probes should likewise be listed with their relevant dimensions and pattern.
We document those details against the approved configuration. We do not infer a procedure-specific performance claim from the name of a kit or instrument.
Substitutions and Replacement Instruments
A component substitution is only made after the buyer approves the proposed pattern, working end, handle and cassette position. Individual replacement instruments can be assessed using the original kit reference and full component description. This prevents a generic family name from being used for a different tip geometry.
Material, Finish and Cassette Evidence
Material grade, insert type and finish are confirmed for the selected instruments. The cassette map identifies the approved positions and supplied component count. Inspection can cover recorded working-end dimensions, overall length and mechanical features included in the specification. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.
Send a Line-by-Line Enquiry
Provide the preferred configuration, instrument list, patterns or figures, critical tip or jaw dimensions, handle and mechanism preferences, quantity, cassette requirement, branding and destination country. If you are matching a teaching or purchasing list, attach it to the enquiry. We will respond with a documented configuration, MOQ, packaging and evidence scope for approval.
