About Dental Sinus Lift Instrument Kits
A dental sinus lift kit should be selected by the planned approach and its exact component schedule, not by piece count alone. We supply separate crestal, lateral and DASK configurations because each set uses a different combination of drills, depth-control components and hand instruments. For purchasing teams, the first decision is therefore which approach the requested set is intended to support.
Choose the Configuration Before Comparing Piece Counts
Our available configurations include a crestal drill-and-stopper set, a 14-piece DASK configuration, an 8-piece lateral set and a 28-piece master kit. These names identify different set structures; they do not mean that every instrument is interchangeable between them. The approved quotation lists each included item and its cassette position so the delivered set can be checked against the purchase order.
For a crestal configuration, confirm the drill sequence, working diameters and the method used to control depth. For a lateral configuration, confirm the required window-preparation and membrane-elevation instruments. If a DASK or master kit is requested, we provide its complete bill of materials rather than relying on a generic total-piece description.
Dimensions and Interfaces to Put on the Enquiry
Include the bur or drill geometry, diameter, working length, stopper or depth-control range and handpiece connection required. Where elevators or curettes are included, identify the tip form, angulation and working-end size. These details matter when comparing apparently similar sets and when purchasing replacements for an existing cassette.
We do not describe one set as universally compatible. A replacement drill, stopper or hand instrument is matched to the parent configuration, SKU and documented cassette position before it is quoted.
Cassette, Replacements and Private-Label Supply
The case layout can be reviewed as part of the order specification. Buyers may request a complete kit or ask us to assess replacement availability for a documented component. OEM branding, labels and packaging are prepared from approved artwork, while the product name, configuration and component count remain clear for receiving inspection.
Material and Inspection Evidence
Material grade is confirmed against the selected instruments and approved order specification. Inspection can cover the dimensions and interfaces stated on the drawing or component schedule. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and can align the supporting order documents with the agreed destination-market and buyer requirements.
What to Send for a Quote
Send the required approach, preferred kit configuration, drill or bur dimensions, depth-control details, connection, quantity, branding requirements and destination country. If matching a set already in use, add clear images or the existing reference numbers. We will then quote the documented configuration, packaging and MOQ without substituting an unspecified kit.
