Our guided implant surgery drill kits are built to a documented drill, guide and driver interface rather than sold on a vague claim of universal fit. We offer 50-, 53- and 56-piece configurations that combine drill sequences, depth-control parts, positioning components, drivers and an organized cassette. Before production, we compare the buyer's guide or sleeve data with the proposed component schedule and identify every dimension that still needs approval.
Compatibility Comes Before Piece Count
A 50-, 53- or 56-piece label describes the nominal configuration, not the system it will fit. Compatibility depends on the relationship between the guide sleeve or key, drill body, working length, stopper or depth-control design, handpiece shank and implant driver connection. A kit should therefore be purchased from a dimensional schedule, not from the product title or case photograph alone.
We do not use the word “universal” as a substitute for this review. If you are matching an established guided system, provide the manufacturer or system reference together with the measurable interface data available to you. Any compatibility statement in our offer will be limited to the dimensions and components that have actually been checked.
Compare the 50-, 53- and 56-Piece Configurations
- **50-piece multi-instrument configuration:** combines conical stopper drills with listed bone expanders, external-irrigation drills, trephines, tissue punches, compression screws, drivers, a depth gauge and torque wrench.
- **53-piece guided configuration:** organizes a guided drill sequence with its corresponding driver storage and configuration-specific supporting parts.
- **56-piece configurations:** provide multiple drill diameters and working lengths together with depth pins, lance drills, torque components and supporting adapters as defined by the selected SKU.
These summaries help identify the families, but the final contents are shown in a bill of materials. Similar piece counts can still contain different diameter progressions, lengths or interfaces, so we confirm each case position before the order is approved.
Drill Sequence and Working-Length Data
For every drill in the proposed sequence, the specification can record its diameter, cutting or working length, overall length, shank, depth-control method, surface treatment or coating where required, and case position. If your system uses a separate sleeve key, reduction insert or guide key, include its inner diameter, outer diameter and relevant offset dimensions.
Depth control may be provided by configuration-specific stoppers or guided working lengths. The measurement reference must be clear so that the listed length and the buyer's expected reference point describe the same geometry. We request approval of this schedule instead of deriving it from color coding alone.
Drivers, Torque Components and Supporting Parts
Driver fit requires the implant connection and the intended handpiece or manual interface. Where torque components are included, the quotation identifies the component and requested range or markings without providing procedural settings. Positioning pins, lance drills, adapters, tissue punches, trephines and other supporting items are listed only when they belong to the selected configuration.
If your purchasing list requires only part of a standard set, we can review a custom component map. Minimum order quantity will depend on the number of custom components, markings, coating, cassette changes, packaging and private-label requirements.
Replacement Drills and Case Mapping
Individual drills or accessories can be quoted as replacements after the parent kit and component are identified. Send the kit SKU, case position, drill diameter, working length, shank, stopper or sleeve relationship, and any etched or color reference. We verify the replacement against the recorded specification rather than assuming that two visually similar drills are equivalent.
The cassette map forms part of the product definition. It can identify each position by sequence, size and component code, helping your receiving team check the shipment and your purchasing team reorder a missing item. Case material, layout, labels and sterilization-related information are confirmed for the ordered configuration and supporting instructions.
Materials, Markings and Procurement Evidence
We confirm drill and instrument material grades, requested coatings, dimensional tolerances and available material evidence against the approved order. Size marks, position codes, branding and label artwork can be reviewed before production. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification; the certificate and agreed order documentation can be supplied to support vendor qualification.
