About Implant Bone Collector & Chip Maker Kits
Our implant bone collector and chip-maker kits are supplied as several distinct component arrangements: compact four-drill schedules, drill-and-stopper sets, and expanded kits that may add a bone remover and trephine. We document the mechanism and contents of the selected SKU because “bone collector” and “chip maker” can describe instruments with different cutting, collection and handling components.
Confirm the Mechanism and Product Type
The first purchasing question is whether the quoted item is a rotary collector drill, a chip-making drill, a manual collection or removal component, or a mixed kit. These labels should not be treated as interchangeable. The bill of materials identifies each cutting or collection part and separates it from depth stoppers, remover tools, trephines and case accessories.
Where a product has a collection chamber, removable cutting part or other specific construction, that feature is included only after it has been verified for the selected configuration. We do not infer it from the family name.
Available Component Arrangements
- **Compact four-drill sets:** provide four collector or chip-maker drills in the diameter progression documented for that SKU.
- **Drill-and-stopper arrangements:** pair the approved drill schedule with mechanical stoppers for the stated working-depth positions.
- **Expanded configurations:** may include four collector drills, four matched stoppers, a bone remover and a standard trephine.
The exact set size and packing quantity are confirmed in the quotation. Components from different arrangements are not mixed until their dimensions and interfaces have been checked.
Drill, Cutting Head and Depth Specifications
For rotary components, the schedule should record the internal and external diameters where relevant, cutting-head or edge geometry, working length, overall length, shank and irrigation feature. A stopper entry should state its depth position, bore and mating geometry, external dimensions and identification.
If a trephine is included, its internal and external diameter, working length, tooth or edge pattern, shank and case position should be listed separately. The remover is also identified by its dimensions and connection rather than described only as an accessory.
Fit, Replacements and Interchangeability
Stopper fit and drill replacement depend on the approved diameter schedule and mating geometry. Color, a range number or a similar appearance can help locate a product, but they do not prove that two parts are interchangeable. We match replacements to the parent kit SKU, case position and dimensional specification.
Complete sets, individual drills, matched stoppers and verified accessories can be quoted subject to the recorded configuration. When the original record is incomplete, we may request a dimensioned drawing or approved physical sample.
Case Map and Buyer Identification
The kit is arranged in a labeled box or cassette, with positions assigned to each drill, stopper and accessory. A numbered case map helps receiving teams verify the shipment and makes replenishment more precise. Laser size marks, component codes, color identification, private-label artwork, barcode and label language can follow the approved order schedule.
The page does not claim a graft volume, collection yield, safety benefit or clinical outcome. Processing and operating information should be supplied through the instructions and documents applicable to the ordered components.
Material, Inspection and Order Evidence
We confirm the material grade, finish, coating where specified and available evidence against the final component list. Agreed inspection points can cover cutting-head diameters, length, shank, stopper fit, markings and case contents. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification; the certificate and agreed purchasing records can be supplied for vendor review.
Details to Send for a Quotation
Tell us whether you require a collector-drill, chip-maker, drill-and-stopper or expanded arrangement; the internal and external diameters, working depths, shank, irrigation feature, stopper interface, remover or trephine specifications, replacements, case map, branding, packaging, order quantity and destination. We will return an itemized schedule and highlight any unverified construction or dimension before production.
