Implant Fixture & Screw Removal Kits

We manufacture implant fixture and screw removal kits as separate fixture-removal, fractured-screw and combined configurations for distributors and hospital procurement teams. Buyers can approve every extractor, guide, drill, tap, driver, trephine, interface and replacement position against the relevant implant platform before production.

About Implant Fixture & Screw Removal Kits

Our implant fixture and screw removal kits are organized by component family: fixture-removal sets, fractured-screw sets and a combined master configuration. We keep these purposes separate in the bill of materials because an extractor intended for a fixture interface is not automatically the same as a guide, drill or tap supplied for a fractured screw. Every quotation identifies the exact components and connection data reviewed for the order.

Separate Fixture and Screw Components

Fixture-removal configurations can include remover screws, reverse-torque wrench components, hand adapters and long trephines. Fractured-screw configurations can include guide components, removal drills, taps, bars and driver tools. The combined master set brings items from both groups into one organized cassette.

We also keep the referenced 20-piece and 23-piece configurations as distinct schedules. A difference of three pieces may represent different tools or interfaces rather than extra items, so the final comparison is made from the itemized contents.

Numbered Bill of Materials

The quotation can list each component by case position, name, quantity, marked size, length and interface. Where a tool engages an implant connection or screw recess, the geometry and measurable dimensions should be stated. For drills, taps, trephines and guides, the schedule should record the relevant diameters, working lengths, shanks and mating relationships.

This numbered layout lets a distributor verify what arrives and lets a service or purchasing team identify a replacement without ordering the complete set again.

Connection and Platform Review

The kit name does not establish compatibility with every implant brand or platform. Fit can depend on the internal connection, screw head or recess, extractor profile, guide diameter, drill or tap relationship, driver connection and available component length. A brand or system reference can help identify the requirement, but we still request the dimensional or approved reference data needed to support the match.

Any compatibility statement in our offer is limited to the components and interfaces actually reviewed. We do not publish procedural removal steps, torque values or outcome claims on the product page.

Individual Tools and Replacements

Replacement extractors, drills, taps, drivers, guide parts or other approved items can be quoted against the parent kit. Send the kit SKU, case position, component code, marked size and all available interface measurements. If the existing part cannot be identified from these records, a drawing or approved physical sample may be needed.

Replacement policy and pack quantity are confirmed in the quotation. Components from the 20-piece, 23-piece and combined sets are not treated as interchangeable until their specification has been compared.

Cassette, Identification and OEM Presentation

The case map separates fixture-removal and fractured-screw tools and can carry size or component codes for each position. Etched identification, color references, private-label marking, case artwork, barcode, label language and outer packaging can follow the buyer's approved schedule.

Coating or hardness requirements are recorded only where they form part of the component specification. They are not applied as a blanket statement to every instrument in a mixed kit.

Material and Quality Evidence

We confirm material grades and the available supporting evidence against the final bill of materials. Agreed inspection can cover component identity, critical dimensions, mating interfaces, markings and cassette contents. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification; the certificate and agreed order records can be provided during vendor qualification.

Information Required to Quote the Set

Send the required fixture-removal, fractured-screw or combined configuration, implant platform and connection data, screw or component dimensions, required extractor, guide, drill, tap, driver and trephine details, replacement quantities, cassette map, branding, packaging, total quantity and destination. We will return the proposed bill of materials and flag any interface that still needs verification.

Implant Fixture & Screw Removal Kits Questions

What is the difference between fixture-removal and fractured-screw kits?

Fixture-removal sets can contain remover screws, reverse-torque components, hand adapters and trephines. Fractured-screw sets can contain guides, removal drills, taps, bars and drivers. The exact distinction is documented in the selected bill of materials.

Will one removal kit work with every implant brand?

No. We review the implant platform, connection or screw geometry and the interfaces of each extractor, guide, drill, tap and driver before confirming a match.

Can individual removal tools be reordered?

Yes, after the parent kit SKU, case position, component reference, marked size and interface dimensions have been matched to the recorded specification.
