About Implant Trephine, Tissue Punch & Saw Kits
Trephine burs, tissue punches, saw discs and marking drills may be grouped within one implant-instrument range, but they should not be treated as interchangeable products. Each family has its own geometry, dimension set and connection requirements. We keep those identities separate in the quotation so buyers can compare the correct configuration and avoid ordering from a piece count alone.
Available Instrument Families and Set Sizes
Long trephine burs are offered in six-piece schedules, including nominal 3.0–6.0 mm and 3.0–8.0 mm ranges. The short trephine configuration contains eight nominal sizes from 3.0 mm through 10.0 mm. Tissue punches are supplied as a five-piece 3.5–5.5 mm set, while the saw-disc configuration contains four nominal disc diameters: 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm.
A separate marking-drill kit can include lance, pilot, spade or marking patterns in short and long forms. The combined cassette groups selected trephines, punches, saw discs and guide punches in one case, but its exact component list is still documented line by line.
Dimensions Must Identify the Working Instrument
For a trephine, specify the internal diameter, external diameter, cutting length, overall length and shank connection. Two trephines carrying a similar nominal size can differ in wall thickness, cutting geometry or length. For a tissue punch, confirm the punch diameter, working-end length and connection. For a saw disc, state the disc diameter, thickness, arbor or holder interface and any required guard or companion part.
We do not infer universal handpiece or holder compatibility from the product name. The connection and mating component are confirmed from an approved drawing, sample or reference before manufacture.
Complete Sets and Replacement Sizes
Buyers can request a complete documented set or an individual replacement size. Replacements are matched by instrument family, dimensions, shank and the original cassette position. This is especially important when a long and short instrument share the same nominal diameter.
Material, Finish and Inspection
Material grade, finish and any specified coating are confirmed for the selected configuration. Inspection can cover the recorded diameters, cutting length, overall length and connection. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, and order evidence can be aligned with the approved specification and destination requirements.
