About Implant Prosthetic Driver Kits
Our implant prosthetic driver kits are built around the connection geometry of the driver tip and the screw system it must engage. We supply two configurations: a torque-wrench kit with 16 drivers and a compact 8-unit screwdriver set without a wrench. Each driver is recorded separately by profile, dimensions, length and handle or instrument connection so the kit can be checked before purchase.
Driver Interface Is the Primary Specification
Terms such as hex, star, slot or other profile names are useful identifiers only when the exact form and size are also known. Small differences at the working end can prevent proper engagement even when two drivers look alike in a case photograph. We therefore ask for the verified profile, tip dimensions and screw or component reference for each required driver.
When matching an established system, send its reference and any available technical drawing or measured sample data. We limit compatibility wording to the individual driver interfaces that have been reviewed rather than making a blanket claim for the entire kit.
Compare the Two Configurations
- **Torque-wrench set with 16 drivers:** includes the wrench model and the driver schedule listed in its approved bill of materials.
- **Compact 8-unit screwdriver set:** provides eight driver units in a smaller case and does not include the torque wrench unless the quotation explicitly adds one.
The piece count does not establish which driver profiles or lengths are present. We provide a numbered case map showing every included driver, its interface and quantity.
Short, Long and Connection Options
Driver length can be specified as short or long, but the actual working and overall dimensions should be recorded. The opposite end may be configured for manual use, a ratchet, a latch-type handpiece or another verified connection. Adapters and handles are itemized rather than implied by the driver image.
Where a torque wrench is included, its model, connection and supported working range are confirmed from the applicable documentation. We do not publish one range as if it applies to every wrench configuration, and this page does not provide clinical torque settings.
Identification and Replacement Ordering
Laser marks, size codes and color references can follow the approved driver matrix. They should help identify a component, but they do not replace the physical interface specification. The case can map each driver position to its code, profile, size and length.
Individual drivers, adapters or handles can be reordered after the parent kit and component have been identified. Send the kit SKU, case position, tip profile and dimensions, length, connection end, markings and required quantity. This prevents a visually similar but incompatible driver from being supplied as a replacement.
Case, Private Label and Packaging
The set is supplied in a fitted case arranged for the confirmed 16-driver or 8-unit schedule. Buyers can request a case map, private-label marking, artwork, barcode, language, pack quantity and outer-carton identification. Custom driver combinations and minimum order quantities depend on the number of unique interfaces, case changes and branding requirements.
Inspection and Supporting Evidence
We confirm material grade and available evidence against the approved component list. Agreed inspection points can include tip profile and dimensions, overall length, connection geometry, markings and case contents. Our manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, and certificate or order-specific records can be provided for vendor review.
Build the Driver Matrix for Your Enquiry
Send the required 16-driver torque-wrench set or 8-unit screwdriver set, screw-system or component reference, profile and dimensions for each tip, short or long dimensions, hand, ratchet or latch connection, wrench model requirements, replacements, case map, marking, branding, packaging, quantity and destination. We will return a driver-by-driver schedule and identify every field that still needs confirmation.
