About Integral Stopper Drill Kit
The Integral Stopper Drill Kit is a drills-only case of 30 conical implant drills, laid out as a full grid of six diameter labels and five length labels. Every combination has its own position, from the 2.2 mm drill at the 13 mm label to the 4.5 mm drill at the 6 mm label. To select a drill, you read one column and one row.
Choosing by diameter and length label
Each drill has its own position in the case, so you can compare the available size labels before preparing your tray. Select by both diameter and length, not by diameter alone. Stop construction, seating geometry and effective working depth also need to match the implant system's protocol; a printed length label does not establish those measurements.
What the case holds
Six diameter columns run across the case: 2.2, 2.7, 3.3, 3.7, 4.0 and 4.5 mm. Each column holds five drills labelled 13, 11.5, 10, 8 and 6 mm, which gives five drills per diameter and 30 in total. No position in the grid is empty, so both the narrowest and the widest diameters are available at every length label.
The case holds drills and nothing else, which keeps the layout uncluttered. If you would rather have an accessory section alongside the drills, our Twist Stopper Drill Kit pairs the same label families with a separate accessory group.
Five measurements to line up when comparing kits
Comparing stop-drill kits on headline count is easy. Comparing them on the measurements that decide fit is harder. Set this kit beside any alternative on these points:
- Diameter labels: six conical families from 2.2 to 4.5 mm here
- Length labels: five per diameter, from 6 to 13 mm
- Effective working depth from tip to stop, verified on the supplied drills against your implant system's drilling protocol
- Stop geometry: how the stop is formed and where it seats
- Overall shaft length and the handpiece connection
