About Saw Disc Kit
Our dental implant Saw Disc Kit pairs two bone-cutting saw discs, one 7 mm and one 10 mm in diameter, with five expansion screws and the accessories to drive them. Everything is held in a sterilization organizer. The two diameters are listed separately so you can compare the supplied discs with your required rotary configuration.
Inside the organizer
- Saw discs: 7 mm and 10 mm diameter, one of each
- Expansion screws: 2.6, 3, 3.4, 3.8 and 4.3 mm, one of each
- Driving accessories: torque wrench (10–40 Ncm), ratchet extender, 4 mm motor-mount adapter and hand driver
- Access instruments: pilot drill and long pin
- Sterilization organizer/holder to keep the set together for storage and reprocessing
Choosing by disc size
The 7 mm and 10 mm figures are disc diameters: they describe each disc's diameter, not a specified cutting depth. When you compare this kit with others, look at disc diameter, cutting geometry and mounting as three separate attributes rather than reading everything from one number.
Two drive paths to match
The kit serves two jobs, and each has its own connection. The 4 mm motor-mount adapter, the hand driver and the 10–40 Ncm torque wrench with its ratchet extender turn the expansion screws. The discs are matched to the handpiece and mandrel you cut with. Checking each path against your equipment separately avoids assuming that a fit on the screw side carries over to the discs.
The instruments are reusable stainless steel. Process them according to the instructions supplied for the components in your kit.
To request a quote, give us the number of kits and details of the handpiece and mandrel you plan to use with the discs. Add any packing or document requirements, and we will price the kit against that set-up. Trephine and expansion kits without discs are listed under implant surgery instruments.
