About Todd-Gilmore Periodontal Chisels – Figures 1, 1/2 and 2
Todd-Gilmore periodontal chisels are cutting instruments used in periodontal surgical ranges. We offer Figures 1, 1/2 and 2. Each pattern should be selected by its blade and bevel geometry and kept as a separate quotation line.

Figure 1, the double-ended 1/2 configuration and Figure 2 are distinct purchasing references. Confirm blade width and length, bevel orientation, working-end angle, shank and overall length for each one. Do not infer the cutting direction from the eponym alone; the approved drawing controls the geometry.
Figure 1/2 is available under two SKUs. We preserve both because a handle, finish or production-reference difference may not appear in the short variation name. Repeat orders should use the approved SKU and sample.
Surgical Set and Replacement Orders
If several Todd-Gilmore figures are supplied together, approve a line-by-line bill of materials. Where a buyer uses a combined Kirkland/Todd-Gilmore name for a tray, link that buyer reference to exact manufacturer SKUs rather than applying it to every chisel with a similar handle.
Material, Edge and Quality Controls
The reusable chisels are offered in stainless steel. Material grade, hardness, blade dimensions, bevel, edge preparation, finish, passivation, marking and packaging are confirmed per selected SKU. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.
Inspect each cutting edge for chips, rolling or deformation. Protect the blade during handling and follow the facility's validated cleaning, sharpening, packaging and sterilization procedure.
