About Impression Trays
We build impression trays to hold impression material against the dental arch while it sets. Our range includes 25 active size references, with outer dimensions such as 66 x 52 mm or 61 x 42 mm used as one part of the selection.
Select by Clinical Configuration
Outer dimensions alone do not identify the complete tray. Tell us the upper or lower arch, dentate or edentulous form, perforation preference, retention design, and required size when requesting a quote. If the same dimensions appear under more than one product code, we confirm each configuration separately rather than assuming the trays are interchangeable.
Material and Ordering
We manufacture in reusable surgical-grade stainless steel, with satin or mirror polish available on request. List each required product code, size, and quantity. Minimum order quantity, packaging, and any private-label requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
Care
Remove impression material promptly, inspect perforations and retention features, and follow your facility's own validated cleaning, packaging, and sterilization protocol.
