About Dental Cement Spatulas
We build the dental cement spatula to mix cements and liners on a mixing pad or slab, using a flat, stiff blade that resists flexing under the pressure of working thick material.
Stiff Blade, Not a Flexible One
Unlike a flexible separating spatula used for thin, fine mixing, a cement spatula's flat, stiff blade is built to fold and press thicker cement and liner mixes without bending. We commonly pair it with a flexible Heidemann separating spatula, which handles the finer separation and placement steps a stiff blade is not suited for.
Choosing a Figure
Blade length and width vary across our Fig. 00-4 range. Confirm the exact figure and SKU for a repeat order, since Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are each supplied under two SKUs in our current range.
Material and Ordering
We manufacture in surgical-grade stainless steel with satin or mirror polish available on request. Available for manufacturer-direct and bulk supply; minimum order quantity is confirmed with your quotation.
Care
Cement residue left on the blade hardens quickly — clean it immediately after use before it sets. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the figure, quantity, finish, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
