About Lateral Sinus Drill Kit
The Lateral Sinus Drill Kit holds instruments for both lateral-window and crestal sinus access in a single stainless-steel box. It contains four sinus-lift hand instruments with golden titanium-coated tips, three crestal drills, two diamond lateral burs and four stops. The mixed assortment lets you compare the rotary and hand-instrument groups together rather than treating all sinus instruments as interchangeable.
Contents by group
- 4 sinus-lift hand instruments with golden titanium-coated tips
- 3 crestal drills, labelled 3.3, 3.7 and 3.3 mm
- 2 diamond lateral burs with mushroom-shaped heads
- 4 stops, marked 08, 06, 04 and 02
- 1 stainless-steel box
How the kit divides between the two approaches
If you are deciding between this mixed kit and a single-approach kit, sort its contents by access route:
- Lateral-window side: the two diamond burs, the rotary tools for the lateral approach
- Crestal side: three listed crestal drills; the kit also includes four labelled stops
- Hand instruments: four sinus-lift instruments whose tips carry a golden titanium coating that is easy to tell apart in the box
Each group keeps its own working dimensions. The crestal drill sizes therefore describe the crestal drills only and say nothing about the lateral burs.
Stop and length markings
The four stops are marked 08, 06, 04 and 02. A stop identifier, overall instrument length and effective working depth are different measurements. Use the supplied-model documentation for any drill-to-stop and depth relationship; the markings alone are not a working-depth chart.
The instruments are AISI 420 stainless steel, passivated and reusable. The titanium coating applies to the tips of the four hand instruments. Reprocess the kit according to the sterilization instructions supplied with it.
For a quotation, tell us how many kits you need, the handpiece and implant system the drills and burs will run in, and your packing and document requirements, then request a quote. Expansion, trephine and disc kits are grouped under dental implant surgical instruments.
