About Rubber Dam Instruments
We build rubber dam instruments to place, tension, and secure a rubber dam sheet for isolation during restorative and endodontic treatment, keeping the field dry and improving both visibility and infection control. This is a category-style grouping rather than one fixed product: a rubber dam sheet alone does not stay isolated on the tooth without supporting hardware — a frame holds the sheet's edges taut, a punch creates the holes the teeth pass through, and clamps or clamp forceps anchor the dam at the anchor tooth.
Four Components, One Listing
Tell us which specific component and configuration you need — clamp forceps, punch, frame, or a specific clamp size — rather than ordering "rubber dam instruments" generically.
A Complete Starter Set
If you need a complete multi-piece starter set rather than an individual component, see our separate 17-Piece Rubber Dam Isolation Kit page.
Material and Ordering
We manufacture in surgical-grade stainless steel, satin or mirror-polished finish, autoclave sterilizable. We support exact-reference and bulk quotations; minimum order quantity and private-label options are confirmed with your quotation. Check clamp joints and punch mechanisms for material buildup during cleaning, since debris in a hinge or punch mechanism affects how securely a clamp seats or how cleanly a punch cuts. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the component, configuration, quantity, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
