About 6-Inch Surgical Scissors
We build our 6-inch surgical scissors to be defined by more than overall length. The name covers straight and curved operating scissors, Mayo-style patterns, fine scissors, and different point combinations, so we ask you to order by blade and tip configuration rather than a generic "6-inch scissors" pattern.
Specify the Cutting Pattern
Tell us whether the blades should be straight or curved and whether the points are sharp/sharp, sharp/blunt, or blunt/blunt. Also describe the intended cutting task — suture cutting, general soft-tissue dissection, and heavier tissue cutting place different demands on the blade profile and joint.
Confirm Dimensions and Working Ends
The nominal size is 6 inches. For an exact repeat order, send us the SKU and photographs showing the full instrument, tips, and blade curve. If you need a Mayo, Metzenbaum, or another named pattern, tell us that identity rather than relying on length alone.
Material and Ordering
We manufacture in reusable stainless steel with a satin finish. Bulk export quantities and packaging are quoted once the pattern is confirmed; MOQ, pack quantity, and destination requirements appear in the quotation. Check blade alignment, joint movement, and tip condition before use — scissors that fold or pull material instead of cutting cleanly need service. Follow your facility's own validated reprocessing protocol; our dental instrument cleaning and ultrasonic processing guide covers the general workflow reference.
Requesting a Quote
Tell us the blade curve, point configuration, intended task, quantity, and destination market. We manufacture under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with material evidence confirmed against the order you place.
